"Excellent location, excellent service, nothing was too much trouble, Frank responded very quickly via the booking.com app. Our host happily extended our stay twice due to nasty illness, helped with doctors appointments and even offered to shop for us. Good public transport to Ghent, super market across the road. There is a well lit, designated off street parking area. We were not able to use the large deck due to the weather. Large windows/doors in three rooms gave plenty of light and a pleasant view when it snowed."

"Abbiamo alloggiato per otto notti presso l'appartamento Oldsax Premium anzichè Sandpiper per un problema sorto all'ultimo momento: il nuovo alloggio era di livello superiore rispetto a quello che avevamo prenotato: più vicino al centro storico, più spazioso e comodo, con ampio terrazzo esterno e garage privato e tutto questo senza chiederci un sovrapprezzo visto l'inconveniente occorso senza preavviso; il nostro host Bernard è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad intervenire in caso di necessità: abbiamo conservato un ricordo davvero speciale del nostro soggiorno a Ieper. Grazie mille Bernard!!!"

"The host - Pascale has met as on arrival with a smile and gifts of drinks and cheese. She also made a great introduction of the house and all the facilities as well as local attractions. The house itself is in the great shape. Recently renovated, clean, well equipped, with great sound proof and very warm. Bathroom is big enough. Excellent location with plenty of hiking and not the only attractions around. Excellent view and very calm. We were very happy that we choose this place to stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone,"

"Het huis is groot en heeft veel faciliteiten. Het bubbelbad en sauna zijn heel fijn en ook de tuin hebben we goed gebruikt. Op loopafstand van het strand en de boulevard, en vlakbij de halte van de tram richting Oostende of de Panne."

"Mooie locatie, groot huis, erg leuk dat er tafeltennis, biljart en een voetbaltafel waren. De sauna is heel fijn. Ook is er een bbq aanwezig en verder alles aanwezig om een leuk weekend door te brengen."
