"The property has a genuine Bajan vibe about it. It's old, it creaks a bit and it won't win any award for modern minimal design... and it's all the better for it. You instantly feel at home. Beds are comfy, everything's clean and where you expect it. My visit was for a work trip so super impressed with the wifi speed and its stability which is rare for such places. Beaches, boardwalk, bar a restaurants all within a five minute walk. Host greeted us on arrival so no faffing around with key locks. There's many luxurious, five-star, modern accommodation options in Barbados. This is not one of them. Instead, you have a lovely, homely apartment in which you can't help to feel properly embedded into to the local culture. Highly recommended and proof you don't need to remortgage to enjoy Barbados."

"Outstanding private Villa in a secluded garden setting close to the main beaches in Hastings and only a short walk to Carlisle Bay / Garrison area of Bridgetown. Well equipped kitchen and great restaurants and supermarkets close by. Excellent communication from Dave and Ester and great support from the next door neighbours Indira and Orlando who were there to greet us and who couldn't have been anymore helpful."

"The location was perfect both for walking and getting to the beach and Bridgetown. Restaraunts close by were all high quality. Parking always available at the apartment. Directions which were provided by Jameela were spot on. Communication was excellent. Safety was very good and we truly appreciate the meticulous preparation for our visit"
