"Bel palazzo molto curato, in zona tranquilla quasi centrale, con piacevole vista sulla città. La camera era fresca e tranquilla. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità di un parcheggio custodito. Colazione abbastanza ricca, anche senza le classiche brioches."
"Gli spazi nella stanza erano piuttosto ridotti, sia intorno al letto, sia nel bagno. Le prese di corrente erano disponibili solo su un comodino. Il bagno era completo, ma la doccia potrebbe essere difficilmente fruibile da soggetti con mobilità limitata perché ha un alto bordo da scavalcare. Il parcheggio è comodo, ma se pieno non lascia spazio di manovra per entrare e uscire con un automobile ingombrante. Molto meglio se si viaggia in moto, e allora è perfetto. La struttura è in ottima posizione, ma per raggiungerla dal centro bisogna camminare 5-10' per una salita a volte un po' trafficata."

"Every time I travel to Sarajevo I have to stay at Villa Una. The hotel is run by the sweetest couple and they always make my stay 1000% more enjoyable. The home-cooked breakfasts are to die for and I can always count on walking into a clean bed and room after a long day of exploring. There’s no better place in the city to spend your nights, than at this hotel. I can always look forward to my next stay in Sarajevo."

"Just outside Zvornik (about 4km) and close to a fairly industrial area but the guesthouse itself is surrounded by fields and hills and is quiet and calm Its a simple family-run business with welcoming smile and the host Vezra really wants to make your stay comfortable. Shared bathroom (we hadn't noticed that on booking) but it was not a problem for us (we were two travelling together with two rooms - and no one else was sharing the bathroom ). We slept well. Son Stefan helped us with translation and we managed to communicate in English OK. Good breakfast (great coffee) for Euro 3 only which was good value. If you want a break from bland business-type hotels come and spend the night here."
