Mir apartment

"Everything about this apartment was superb. Staff how was looking after the apartment was really nice and friendly. Apartment is located in the heart of Ilidza, Everything is on your door step. When you first arrive they give you the keys and they won't disturb you throughout your stay and at the end you leave the keys a small green box beside the door. It was a nice view of the mountains from the main balcony. The apartment has Everything you need. We stayed with a family of four and it was perfect, had Everything we needed. Thank you so much, hope to see you again."

"It didn't have air conditioning but it had a fan that was ok at times but other than that everything was perfect"

"The description here in the app about the apartment did not match what it was really like. Lots of things were not even available, e.g., toaster, water cooker, etc. The cookware was so old and spoiled that I was disgusted to use it. A very old and loud washing machine, the hair dryer is so weak and cheap quality. The Internet didn't work for 3 days, and as I requested my money back, the owner of the apartment (Anita) didn't even reply to my message and request to refund my money. I'm very unhappy and annoyed about this!! Very unprofessional! While she collected the money the very first day of the arrival. (Not in person, because she doesn't even stay in Sarajevo. She has a guy who does all this for her, Namik and he is very nice. He tried his best to make things comfortable for us). The water tap in one of the bathrooms was constantly running. There was no light on the first days in the hall of the bathroom ( until it was finally fixed). The towels were fresh washed, but half of them were so old and had a lot of stains. It is absolutely disgusting for guests to use. The whole apartment is very old and in poor condition. It needs to be renewed before renting out again. My advice to all the upcoming guests: Do NOT book this apartment if u expect everything to be as it is described here in the app. Because it is not. It was very disappointing, and I wasted lots of my time trying to get another internet connection while the one from the apartment was down! A big NO, do NOT book here!!!"

"Vrlo ljubazni i dragi ljudi.😊 Pomogli su nam s prijevozom do apartmana. Pogodna lokacija, tramvaji i autobusi su udaljeni tri minute hodabilo je toplo i ugodno.Ako budemo imali priliku, rado ćemo se vratiti u ovaj apartman. 😊"

"Odma je ducan konzum cim izades , kiosk, frizer i shopping centar sve je na dohvat ruke , tramvajska stanica dve min i ljudi su ljubazni. Apartman je prekrasan dosta je veliki . Preporučujem bilo je jako lijepo i sigurno cu se ponovno vratiti."

"Ulica nije previše prometna, i nije bučno. U blizini ima dosta trgovina i drugih sadržaja. Stan prostran, centralno grijanje i ugodno toplo."

"Für den Preis schön eingerichtet und die Schlafmöbel bequem und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt "Bingo", Obst/Gemüsemarkt oder "dm" in 5-10Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Thermal Riviera Bad ist zu Fuß in 15Min. erreichbar und einen oder mehrere Besuche unbedingt wert. Das Zentrum um die Altstadt herum ist etwas entfernt, aber unkompliziert zu erreichen."

"Die Klimatisierung hätte bei den Außentemperaturen besser sein können, wird aber bereits nachgebessert nach unserem Aufenthalt. Den Flughafen muss man subjektiv beurteilen bei dem Preis."

"يعيبها انها في الدور الثاني ولايوجد مصعد، وواحد من الحمامات لايوجد تصريف للماء، ولها موقف خاص لكن احيانا نجي نلقي سيارة واقفه فيه."
