"Alcune luci non funzionanti, mancanza di acqua calda, tanti peli neri ovunque (forse sono dello staff di pulizia, ma comunque poco piacevole trovarli nel letto o in doccia)"

"Lo staff è sempre stato disponibile con le nostre richieste. La stanza ampia e anche il bagno con una doccia davvero grande. Pulizia quotidiana e kit cortesia soddisfacente. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante."

"Distante dal centro storico. Il Wi-Fi è risultato poco stabile. La colazione potrebbe essere più varia e rifornita; il servizio inizia alle 8 e termina alle 11 ma arrivando alle 10 si rischia di non trovare niente nel vassoio della frutta."

"The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent with a beautiful view, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with good variety. Special thanks to Ilkin and Murad they provided the best reception and room service, were extremely polite, helpful, and made our stay memorable."

"I had an excellent stay at Nobel Hotel Baku. The service was truly outstanding from start to finish. The staff is extremely professional, helpful, and always smiling. A special mention to the receptionists — their welcome was warm, respectful, and made us feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the Caspian Sea view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a beautiful view made the stay even more memorable. The hotel atmosphere is calm, modern, and perfect for both relaxation and business stays. Overall, Nobel Hotel Baku delivers top-class service, amazing hospitality, and one of the best sea views in the city. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again."

"The location and reception staff was marvellous esp the sabina mustafa who helped me alot.the staff solved my bank and card issues but my crdit card was not working .i tried ABB,UNI AND BAKU BANKS but all said no transaction. In a situation when you have lost money miss Sabina increased my morale and got relaxed. She understand english very well and explains softly. Very friendly environment, fitness club,swimming and sauna were not bad. Black tea and cofee in ramadan was very relaxing. The taxi driver scam at airport disturbed me as i didnot took yungo or bolt for ride.But reaching GM city i was recieved by Staff Anar receptionist and got relaxed. I was new to the region but then he explained each and everything in good english...my two days stay was memorable . I was fasting so didnot tasted the breakfast. See Gm city soon."
