"Ottima la colazione ma un po' di attenzione a dove vengono posizionati i brick del latte. La vicinanza alle fonti di calore ed il mettere e togliere dal frigorifero le confezioni, crea prolificazioni batteriche. Il latte di soia era abbondantemente andato a male!"

"I trapuntini ad agosto nel letto proprio no! Lenzuola normali ed una copertina leggera (come richiesto peraltro nel messaggio di presentazione e pagamento) sarebbero stati fondamentali. Abbiamo dovuto usare i sacchi dei trapuntini come lenzuola ma il risultato in termini di comodità non è certamente lo stesso!!!"

"Ubicato in una zona tranquilla, immerso nel verde con vista montagne. La zona Relax deliziosa, dopo un viaggio in moto ci siamo ricaricati. Le Camere belle comode spazi sfruttati bene. Colazione perfetta, e ricca di cose buone come piace a me🤩 Una Chicca...distributore di Bevande molto comodo, per pausa caffè, birra , acqua,ecc... servito da tazze e bicchieri. Il Personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente. E adesso in sella alla moto e via... alla prossima, Urbanhof ... grazie!!"

"It was our best stay of our European alps trip! Beautiful rooms, sauna which was a bonus, and very personable friendly staff. The breakfast was also amazing with everything you could want! All round a very high quality experience."

"Hotel reception did its best to provide me with a great experience when I arrived. The room was big, cozy, clean and with a nice view. They cleaned the room every day. There were a nice number of TV channels to watch from. The Internet was fast. Breakfast was standard but well prepared. Always had enough food for everybody. The room was never cold."

"Maybe cleaning the corridor and stairs floors when I was going up and down between my room and the hotel restaurant in the morning. I am okay with clearing, but it has to be before or after I wake up and have my breakfast. Most of the people were going to watch the alpine race and eat between 7 AM and 8 AM. So it makes sense to not have floors cleared exactly at this time. It just creates more work for the cleaner since s/he has to do it again. Still, there was an elevator, but my room was up the stairs on the second floor."
