"The property is in a great central location (5 min walk to the ski lifts) it also has an excellent spa. On arrival we were greeted warmly by Gerhardt and the rest of the team. Although we didn’t get a room with a view it was was spotlessly clean and really well appointed. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied and the small bar is cosy with a nice selection of wine and beer. On a sunny afternoon the outdoor seating area is an amazing sun trap"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in perfect location to all 3 lifts. Beds and room very comfortable and breakfast basic but lovely. We would stay again."

"The employees from the hotel Danielle are perfect. They are very friendly and trying to make the best out of your stay. We could really recommend the hotel. It’s clean. The beds are good and again the staff is excellent."

"The sleeping couch is not really a third bed, we slept with 2 but we booked a 3persoon room but this couch is too hard to sleep on. The biggest problem of this hotel is the booking process. There is not owned by a normal Austrian family but by a German company in between that will annoy you from the moment you make a booking we got around 10 emails from them that another percentage had to be paid or that we had to use the system to put all our details in. And before arrival again in another system or check in details that they already had it’s very annoying and not customer friendly. It’s an old-fashioned travel company that refuses to adapt to the new online customer. But besides the stalking emails, the hotel is great!"

"Huge modern 2 bed apartment, close ro town centre, short walk to main town ski lift and dorftunnel to the other two ski lifts. Good value for the size of the apartment and location. Central town location but nice and quiet in the evenings. Will 100% book there again"

"It is very warm and clean with nice staff, room was well appointed, plenty of hot water. Close to town centre 5 min walk. Close to both gondolas each 5/7 min walk."

"The beds were bit hard for us. We really didn’t like having to pay parking of 10 euros a night on arrival, felt a bit like we wern’t trusted, also the charge itself we felt was wrong as it should be included."

"Die Lage war toll und insbesondere das Personal an der Rezeption klasse. Schöner Ausblick, ausreichend Stauraum und endlich mal ein Fön im Hotel, der gute Dienste leistet. Parkservice hat toll funktioniert und wir konnten bereits am Vormittag einchecken, vielen Dank noch mal :-)"

"Das Hotel bietet ein tolles Frühstück an. Leider konnten wir dies nur an 1 von 4 Morgen wirklich genießen, da wir an den anderen Tagen erst um 09:00 Uhr dazu kamen und in der verbleibenden Stunde mit den Resten (Belang, Auswahl Brot und Brötchen, Saft) vorlieb nehmen musste. Die Kissen waren leider so voluminös, dass sie für Seitenschläfer völlig ungeeignet waren."
