"All employees very helpfull and provide excellent service. Hotel building small but very cosy and nice for ski weekend or just relaxation in the mountains. Breakfast simple but very tasteful. Excellent omelette, all food is fresh, coffee is great (order espresso)."

"A true "family run" hotel. Great attention to detail. The family as well all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The half board food was truly amazing. Honestly, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at."
"The mattresses on the beds were a little hard, but I guess that may come down to personal preference. We also didn't like the down (feather) pillows. The wifi signal in our room (on the 2nd floor) was a bit weak."

"Great location, wonderful facilities that were clean. But the best was the friendliness of the staff and the owners. They went out of the way to make us feel welcome and to help us with our stay in Lech. The breakfast was excellent. Dinner was too an afternoon snack snacks and coffee were such a treat. The ski storage and changing facilities were top notch. Make sure to inquire about the posters made by the owners on premise."
