Active Apartments enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Maria Alm. It offers zona termalecious, individually furnished accommodation with a kitchen or kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Some have a balcony. Each apartment is equipped with a seating area and cable TV. Tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator are provided in each kitchen/kitchenette. Daily maid service is available on request for a surcharge. A ski storage room is also at guests’ disposal at the Active Apartments. The Naturn Ski Lift is 200 metres away. The ski bus stops 50 metres from the guest house and takes guests into the surrounding ski areas. Free public parking is offered on site. The Hochkönig Card, that offers a lot of advantages and discounts is included. In summer, guests can use the local public outdoor pool (1 km away) free of charge. Free child care with many activities is also offered in the village.

"Great stay! The apartment was super clean, tidy, and even better than expected. The host was kind and professional, and they upgraded me to a bigger, better place at no extra cost. Everything was smooth, and the location is perfect with all services nearby. Highly recommended would definitely stay again. Thanks"
"Everything about the stay was great, but just a small note: I had requested a king-size bed, but instead I got two single beds pushed together. It wasn’t very comfortable, especially since I was staying with my child. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests."

"Perfect location close to the cable car, shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful view from the large balcony. The accommodation is sufficiently equipped, clean, spacious, ideal for a group of 8 people. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"De locatie is top, middenin het dorp op slechts enkele minuten lopen van de grootste skilift. Prima apprtement (in ons geval voor 2 personen) met volledig uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer was ook mooi. Alles super schoon en aardig en behulpzaam personeel."

"Alles was super! Enige tip: Het koffiezet apparaat is met cupjes van Tassimo. Het soort benodigde cupjes zou handig zijn ergens te vermelden of 2 cups erbij te leggen bij aankomst. De billa was die dag gesloten dus we konden deze niet kopen helaas (en in de billa waren van veel merken en maten koffie cups te krijgen dus we hadden initieel de verkeerde)."
