"Marcella e molto amichevole (parla anche un po' di italiano), risponde molto velocemente, soprattutto usando la chat di booking. Puoi usare tranquillamente la cucina o farti il caffè senza problemi. Cuscini migliori di quelli in hotel. Ricordate che la city tax si paga cash."

I problemi di questa permanenza sono 100% frutto di errori miei. Vaduz è piccola, ma il posto è effettivamente lontano dalla fermata degli autobus (20 minuti con la mia camminata, quindi direi 30 per una per una persona normale). Essendo il Lichtenstein fuori dal roaming, è meglio scaricarsi la mappa prima. E se non vi piace camminare, chiedete a Marcella come arrivare con l'autobus cittadino.

Disadvantages i============ • No breakfast • No AC but it wasn't an issue since we came on Sep • Stairs and no elevator but only 1 floor • Diminished lighting in room * No light in the parking entrance is very dark at night

The kitchen could use a microwave oven The curtains in the bedrooms should be washed.. they smelled musty please provide English instructions on how to use the laundry machine

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."

"Casetta pulitissima e accogliente con posteggio sottostante. Lavatrice ed asciugatrice disponibili Il villaggio ha una vista spettacolare sul fiordo e la montagna sovrastante. Assolutamente da consigliare"

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"Facility was extremely nice, high ceilings with crown molding made it feel bigger than it actually was. Decor was very nice, and there were amenities aplenty. Huge balcony facing the Gulf. It felt like we were staying in our own ready-made home, complete with old Bible with plenty of notes :-)"

Refrigerator was very nice and modern, but the ice machine put out ice with mold on it. We checked the ice tray itself, and the ice was fine, so guessing the dispenser was to blame. The jacuzzi jets, as well, blew out particles of mold, some significant, when engaged. We did not see this in the tub until after the water had been drained. We did not let these factors detract from the overall experience, but, but mold is a pretty major thing that we'd suggest checking more often. Be aware that the check-in instructions you get from your booking agency may not reflect actual conditions/requirements, but this is not a problem with the host.
