"The location is great, it’s just a short drive away from the national park. The room is very cosy and clean. The host is incredible and very generous. He really takes care of his guests in every way and makes sure, you‘re always taken good care of. I can also recommend this place as very safe for solo female travelers. The food is authentic, home cooked and super tasty. It’s just a really lovely and welcoming family :)"

"Location near the sea and grocery store. Found also a home bakery nearby. Beautiful, a bit rustic town under pine trees. Sandy beach and lot of quiet streets to discover. Appartment was warm, nice, and had all the basic things. Lovely yard."

There was no bed sheet for the second bed (sofa), and when we opened the sofa, there was sand from the previous visitors. The hosts reacted to our request and it was cleaned. Some other tiny issues - only 2 mugs in the cupboard (4 glasses), and the 3rd cup was found on the floor of shower room. We missed washing up liquid and kitchen towels too.

"The accommodation is a little out of the way, but is an absolute winner in terms of price-performance ratio. There is nothing missing. About a 25 minute walk to a well-stocked supermarket and the top restaurant Papa Figo. To the beach, turn left and go straight on. There is also a bank branch with an ATM on the way."

"Appartamento graziosissimo a due minuti a piedi dal centro città, su due piani, con ampi spazi e luminosissimo. Zona vivacissima di giorno e di notte. Comunicazione ottima con la proprietaria che ci ha anche organizzato i trasporti in taxi nonostante la prenotazione all'ultimo momento."

Palazzo senza ascensore abbastanza fatiscente, zona rumorosa (ma ci sta essendo in centro), attenzione alla scala che non ha balaustre.

There is only one power socket in the sleeping room, and it does not work (well) as the holes are too loose to uphold any charging device. A multi-socket cable connected to a repaired socket would be appreciated. In the kitchenette, there is some coffee and tea provided, much appreciated. Oddly, there is no sugar but salt. Sugar would be more useful than salt.

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

"Communication was quick and helpful. The room was a reasonable size and the bed comfortable. The area was excellent with metro, shops and restaurants all very close by."

I didn't not like anything, but a knife to cut things with would have been useful and maybe mugs for tea/coffee as there were only some small paper cups.

Dreadful road with huge potholes in the road to the units. Not Access fault.

Very minor but would be nice to have hot water from the tap in the sink to wash dishes. We could get hot water from the shower or put the kettle on to do dishes with.

"Struttura pulita, l'appartamento è grande e spazioso; il gestore molto gentile e disponibile ci ha preparato anche un'ottima cena e mi ha permesso di usare la cucina per fare da mangiare alla mia bimba di un anno. Abbiamo conosciuto anche Aymen, un ragazzo del posto che la mattina ci ha fatto da guida per la città vecchia."

Purtroppo essendo gennaio l'appartamento era freddo e non è abbastanza riscaldato ma con temperature più miti è perfetto!
