"La struttura è bellissima, degna delle 5 stelle. Tutto nuovissimo , pulitissimo , elegante , moderno. La stanza poi super lussuosa e spaziosa, avevamo due camere da letto con due bagni annessi. I nostri figli non volevano più uscire dalla camera per come erano felici. Lo staff eccezionale, cordiale e sorridente e super disponibile. Ci hanno anche permesso un check out posticipato"

"Ubicato a pochi passi dal centro Yerevan, hotel 5 stelle che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Struttura nuovissima con tutti i comfort desiderati. Staff disponibile per ogni richiesta e gentile, la colazione abbondante è abbastanza variegata (da notare la cucina a vista per cui omelette e tanto altro fatti sul momento), stesso vale per il ristorante ubicato nella stessa sala. Lo chef più volte si è premurato che tutto ci fosse piaciuto! Le camere nuovissime, ben pulite e arredo luxury. La parte sicuramente eccelsa e’ la spa interna con hammam, due piscine circondate da marmi, di cui una jacuzzi, sauna e centro massaggi/trattamenti. Per i massaggi chiamano appositamente professioniste del settore Filippine che hanno letteralmente la magia nelle mani! Insomma ci ritornerei!"

"Punti da migliorare: il caffè (per gli europei una chicca trovarlo buono lontano da casa), le piscine andrebbero riscaldate leggermente di più e lo staff formato in lingua inglese, prioritaria per poter servire al meglio gli ospiti"

"The property was equipped with everything you may need. The breakfast is amazing and offers a wide variety of choices. The swimming pool is really great and has a beautiful view. The jacuzzi and sauna are top-notch. The staff are also incredibly kind and attentive in every situation. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake and even a vase for my flowers—such a thoughtful gesture. The location is so-so, but you can reach the city center by taxi in about 15 minutes for a maximum of €3."

"The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, there was always hot water for bathing, the staff was very kind, there was a 24-hour bar, the indoor pool was warm, clean and, in a few words, excellent, and something that really excited me was when we went to check out, they told us to wait 1 minute so they could check if we forgot something in the room, it was really perfect."
