"Posto particolare e molto bello. E' un po' isolato e molto tranquillo, con poche camere. La nostra camera era davvero bella, grande e pulita. Bella anche la zona ristorante, soprattutto le salette esterne a vetrate. Purtroppo noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di una brutta giornata per cui non abbiamo potuto sfruttare appieno del panorama, ma ci è piaciuto molto comunque. Buone sia la cena che la colazione. Paragonato alle altre strutture in cui siamo stati è stato senza dubbio quella con il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo."

"We stayed at this hotel with our family during the New Year holidays, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable and convenient for us, with parking and a pet-friendly policy so we could travel with our dog. The rooms were spacious, warm, and comfortable, with a nice view. The staff were kind and welcoming. The manager, Srbuhi, was especially helpful and attentive, and made sure everything was comfortable for our family. The location is convenient for visiting Goris, Tatev, and nearby places, and it was nice to spend the evenings by the fire on the hotel grounds. Thank you for a warm and comfortable stay."

"I really loved The Ranch! The room is actually a cozy little house, very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. Excellent bathroom as well, with good water pressure from the shower. All the staff were so nice, always greeting you with a smile. Even if they don’t speak english, you will manage just fine with them. The manager though does speak perfect english and you can reach her on the phone through her staff if you need any help and she will be on site as well throughout the day. They serve a fresh and delicious breakfast every morning and good and tasty dinners as well. The location is nice but only if you have a car to move around as it’s a bit distant from the town or nearest stores. There are animals in the property (a dog, some rabbits and some chickens as well). Keep that in mind as some of them might interrupt your sleep at night / early morning but nothing serious, it’s “a ranch” anyway so that is totally expected."

"Even if the bathroom is excellent, I would suggest adding some shower screen or partition so at least the water won’t reach the rest of the bathroom while showering and leave almost the entire floor wet. Also some bedside tables will be nice to leave the essentials (phone, watch, keys, etc.)"

"Everything is absolutely perfect; we spent four days here and I could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for me, outside the city, yet nestled among the region's biggest attractions. The cottages are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. Breakfasts are hearty, made with fresh, local produce. The staff are very attentive and kind. My best experience in Armenia, and I highly recommend it."
