"La disponibilità dei proprietari ma nello stesso tempo il rispetto della mia privacy. Il luogo è facilmente raggiungibile dal centro città con una piacevole passé tra edifici in stile sovietico. Sevan è un'ottima scelta per visitare i dintorni, facilmente raggiungibili attraverso l'applicazione"gg" oppure i taxi locali. Lo stesso proprietario è disponibile per qualsiasi trasferta. Per me è stata la scelta giusta."
"Forse il fatto che durante la notte ho sentito un pochino freddo, ma mi sono coperto dovutamente. Il comune nel periodo del mio soggiorno ha sospeso l'erogazione dell'acqua nelle ore notturne, lo scarico del wc ha però continuato a funzionare."

"We were very happy to stay in the place. It has everything you need, warm blankets, kitchen, washing machine, proper shower. It was clean and tidy. We were two people but you could easily be four. Very friendly and helpful owners. Totally recommend!"
"It’s not a minus, just to take into account that you need a taxi to get to the lake and monastery. E are used to walk everywhere so we’re going to walk to the monastery, it’s just 1h. Don’t recommend since big part of the road is a highway not made for walking and there is no path close to the lake as the territory is divided into a bunch of private beaches. This is just something to know. You can however do an easy 3h hike to the monastery, then you avoid the traffic. We just didn’t have time. Other than that, the flat is just in the city close to the shops and the bus stop"

"Hotel tranquilo, limpio y bien ubicado. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Ideal para descansar y explorar Sevan y sus alrededores. ¡Lo recomiendo!"
