Pulitissimo, accogliente e ogni camera è spaziosa e ben arredata. Wi-Fi ben funzionante. Luogo silenzioso. Si raggiunge comodamente in taxi ma anche in autobus se si vuole risparmiare. Ne passano diversi non troppo lontano dalla struttura. In un anno di viaggio questa è stata la struttura migliore, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità - prezzo!"

"The accommodation in Yerevan was excellent and I can highly recommend it. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — we truly felt at home. A big plus was the free coffee and tea available throughout the stay, along with fresh pastries, which was a very pleasant and thoughtful touch. The host, Armin, was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She was always willing to help with anything we needed and gave us great advice. She created a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the first moment. The location was quiet, yet still well connected to the city center. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, we felt very welcome, and we would definitely love to come back."

"Our last day in Armenia -wrapping up an amazing road trip through the country- was spent at this beautiful guesthouse, and it was a perfect way to end the journey. The attention we received was excellent from the very beginning. The family who owns the place was incredibly kind, warm, and thoughtful, always offering help with anything we might need and making us feel truly welcome. The room was exactly as described: comfortable, clean, and just what we were looking for. Given the high temperatures during our stay, the swimming pool was a fantastic and much-appreciated bonus that allowed us to relax and cool off. We were also happy to be able to park our car safely inside the property, and we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary tea and the delicious homemade Armenian sweets -a lovely touch that made us feel even more at home.
