"We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and even a washing machine, which was very convenient. Parking was never a problem, as we always found a spot nearby. The location is also excellent — very close to the mall, with a bus stop right in front of the building and only a 15-minute walk to the metro. Everything worked smoothly, and the place had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!"

"Very clean, appliances, air conditioner and fixtures are new. Everything you need to cook from home and relax! Clean linens and towels. The location is convenient next to the mall and walking distance to two metro stations. Lots of shops nearby. Owner very nice and accommodating! Fun to watch the Main Street from the balcony. Peaceful and safe area in the back of the building."
"Water turns off for a few hours very late at night. Not a problem though, and not the owner’s fault. Not uncommon in Yerevan! Street is a bit noisy, but expected being on a Main Street."
