"Zona davvero interessante, appena fuori kond. Ostello molto carino, a venti minuti a piedi da piazza della Repubblica. Il cortile è davvero un'oasi di pace appena fuori dal caos cittadino. Il gestore molto disponibile e con un buon inglese. Molto suggerito!"

"Host presente ogni qual volta gli scrivevamo su booking. Ci ha fornito indicazioni ottime per raggiungere il posto senza gironzolare troppo nell'area. Stanza grande, letto con materasso comodo, non danno solamente i teli ma anche gli accappatoi e lo spazzolino con il dentifricio (deliziosa accoglienza). Non ha l'aria condizionata ma il ventilatore fa il suo lavoro! La cucina è ben accessoriata (solo i coltelli sarebbero da cambiare). Bagno comune pulito, grande e comodo. Noi di solito prendiamo stanze con bagno privato ma in questa occasione non ne abbiamo trovate, è stata una piacevole sorpresa trovarci ugualmente bene. L'appartamento ha tre stanze, ben lontane tra loro, quindi non si è un tantissimi in casa. Lavatrice a disposizione con sapone e ammorbidente dato dall'host (fantastico per chi viaggia molto) e fuori dalla casa ampio cortile privato con fili per stendere. Market vicino."
"Diciamo che se proprio dobbiamo indicare un neo potrebbe essere la posizione non esattamente in centro ma a 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale... Non pensiamo sia una grossa distanza ma c'è a chi potrebbe interessare. E altra cosa: tende della stanza trasparenti che permettono di illuminare completamente la stanza la mattina e di notte vedere bene dentro."
"The host is a nice, helpful guy and the property is kept really clean. Although within walking distance of all city centre sights, it's away from the road, being behind the main street buildings, so is surprisingly peaceful. The other guests staying were also quiet fortunately, so it was easy to sleep. I think there are 3 bedrooms rented out, spaced out from each other. There's a small kitchen (with tea and coffee), one shower room with sink and toilet, and another separate toilet. Space to sit outside too."

"The owner is a great guy. Very helpful. The apartment is located about 15-20 min away from the cascades and the Republic Square. Yerevan itself is an amazing city. I wish I'd had more than one day to explore the city."

"A perfect location! It's just a 10-minute walk to Republic Square, in the heart of Yerevan. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, so it's possible to prepare your own meals."

"Good location. Very accommodating and helpful host. He has a washing machine and a well equipped kitchen. Nice yard with a hammock. Super relaxing vibe. Plenty of restaurants nearby. 20/25 mins away from the airport. Looked like there was parking available on the street."
