"Cool place with great style in the perfect location. Very clean, and has a feeling of being at home. The first thing I noticed was an abstract painting on the wall by MIRAN AVETISYAN that was amazing, and i knew I was in the right place. I liked it so much i booked two extra nights after the first night, and will possibly extend it further. If you stay in Gyumri I cant recommend it enough. 🙌"

"Чудесный, уютнейший гестхаус. Понравилось абсолютно всё. Есть всё, что нужно. Локация прекрасная, самый центр. Интерьер такой милый и интересный. Я жила в номере на первом этаже. Он состоит из двух комнат: кухни-гостиной и спальни (двери между ними нет, есть штора). А ещё есть выход на закрытое патио, где есть стол со стульями, мангал, гамак, симпатичные лампочки-гирлянды. На кухне чайник, плита, микроволновка, холодильник, посуда. В ванной фен, одноразовые щетки, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь. В спальне чистое белье, полотенца, тапочки. Везде чисто и красиво. Рекомендую это место для молодёжи и всех любителей стильного хипового интерьера!🤘🏻"

"Top Ausstattung, eine schöne kleine Terasse als Hinterhof, man kann nachts mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.(Aufenthalt war vom 3.-4.8.) Fußläufig erreicht in wenigen Minuten alles, was man braucht."

The room? Spotless. Beautifully designed. Every tiny detail is on point — from the colors to the comfort. It’s like staying inside a Pinterest board, but cozier. You’ve got everything you need and more, and somehow it still feels like magic. Honestly, this place is half the reason to visit Gyumri. The other half? You’ll figure that out after check-out (if you manage to leave). 😃💙"
