"Good little apartment hotel in the middle of Yerevan. Location is great - easy to walk to most attractions and there are lots of shops around. The apartment kitchen was well equipped; the bed was comfy; the bathroom was large, clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely nice."

"While the location is great, the windows face a busy shopping/pedestrian street and it's quite loud. The window didn't seem to be very soundproof. Also, the light by the front door was motion activated, so anytime you went to the bathroom the light came on - even at the night which is annoying. There was no other way to turn it on or off. The kitchen area was pretty small, especially with the huge stools, but we managed."

"The situation is idéal to explore the city. The flat is confortable and quiet. The bed is quite big and soft. Reception in the 5th floor. Staff quite responsive"

"Little things like the bathroom a little bit small in comparaison of the room’s side. In 4 days there was not cleaning. Based on the night price we thought to have the room clean at least once during the stay. But nothing major."
