"L'hotel è in pieno centro di Gyumri e ha il parcheggio gratuito incluso nel prezzo. La struttura in stile tradizionale è stata restaurata ed è possibile usufruire nel prezzo anche della piscina. Nello stesso edificio c'è un ristorante a tema ferroviario molto carino."

"La stanza è molto spaziosa e dotata di tutto. L'arredo elegante e la colazione abbondante e con molte opzioni. La pulizia irreprensibile. L'edificio non è anonimo ma anzi cerca un certo grado di bellezza e originalità, come nella grande scala della hall e nel lucernario con la forma delle tipiche cupole armene. La possibilità di fare una nuotata in piscina durante le ore più calde è impagabile. Possibilità inoltre di posteggiare l'auto nel parcheggio interno dell'hotel."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, and the price is fantastic for what you get. The breakfast had a good variety and was very tasty. The swimming pool and sauna are great, especially in winter — very cozy and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel probably needs a slight refresh in the decor and furniture. It's starting to feel dated. I'd try to maintain the historical charm with a bit more cosy furnishings and moodyer lighting..."

"The breakfast was good, but it starts a bit late for travellers at 9am. Location was excellent - close to the town centre and next door the Roman spa. Good restaurant , sauna and swimming pool available - to rest and enjoy facilities while waiting for early morning flight"

"-The floor of my room was not cleaned properly (there was dust and hair on the floor) -My room (Nr.112) was beside toilent in ground floor and I coulf hear the door noise whenever someone used the toilet -My bathroom was very smelly -There was a window beside my bed that was toward ground floor hall, unfortunately i could not sleep well because of the light behind the window -If you have a big suticase, it is difficult to carry your stuff to the lobby, because there is only stairs"

"The room was spacious, I booked tripple room. Breakfast was good. Thanks to the helpful staff. Water in swimming pool was warm, sauna super hot. All hotel area including rooms were clean. The price for the hotel location and service super."

"I would like to have electric kettle in the room and bottle of water. Also swimming pool was included only until 6pm.. I arrived at 3pm and there was little time to prepare for pool."
