"L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito con tutto quello che serve e funzionante, ottima aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, internet veloce, una bella smart TV da 55 pollici, letto con materasso comodissimo oltre le aspettative, il soffitto è originale e rende il posto speciale donandogli una atmosfera romantica, la posizione è ideale e molto comoda per visitare e godersi a pieno il centro di Yerevan a piedi, nel prezzo è anche compreso il servizio di pulizia che però abbiamo scelto di non usufruirne, ottimo anche il self check-in e out, quando mi sarà possibile ritornerò sicuramente in questa struttura. Siamo al TOP"

"I grateful to the host for their warm and easygoing hospitality. 1) The apartment is conveniently located just 500 meters from the central Opera in Yerevan. 2) It is a very clean, modern, and stylish flat. 3) There are three air conditioners, allowing for customizable temperature settings throughout the apartment. 4) The welcoming touch of sweets and water in the flat was greatly appreciated."

"Great location — just 5–10 minutes’ walk from central monuments and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and nicely renovated, perfect for 2–3 people. The host was incredibly kind: we arrived at 5 a.m. after a long journey and were allowed early check-in without any extra charge. Big bonus points for hospitality!"
