"La posizione, la pulizia e la cortesia dell host.Il parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Attraverso una piccola stradina si accede alla spiaggia attrezzata e anche libera, nei pressi ci sono bar, market e ristoranti, altri locali più in centro, ma tutto facilmente accessibile."

"Il bagno era un po scomodo perché aveva la porta che aprendosi andava a sbattere sul lavandino. La nostra stanza era al secondo piano e non ci sono ascensori."

"Posizione sicuramente comoda a 2 passi dalle spiagge e un po’ più defilata dal centro. Parcheggio comodo all’interno della struttura, siamo arrivate la mattina abbiamo lasciato l’auto e siamo andate in spiaggia ed a cena a piedi."

"Posto incantevole. Dal balconcino si può vedere il tramonto sul golfo di questo paesino Potam a poche centinaia di metri da Hemare. La stanza è situata in una struttura singola a piani di recente costruzione ben tenuta. La stanza è pulitissima, curata e dotata di tutti i confort. Il proprietario è una persona squisita gentilissima e disponibile e in un ristorantino a pochi metri si mangia dell'ottimo pesce. A pochi km si può fare il bagno a Porto Palermo posto incantevole !!"

"Non è una critica ma solo voler sottolineare che nel bagno non c'è una separazione tra la doccia e il resto del bagno di conseguenza occorre asciugare il pavimento e per questo c'è rutto il necessario, ma ho potuto constatare che in albania è di uso comune, credo faccia parte del loro modo di fare. Tutti così."

"Location is close to the see.Free Parking. restaurants and bars nearby. To the city center it is a 20min walk by the sea. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I had an issue in the bathroom and they came immediately and solved it. Also a calm location."

"Nothing. Just be aware that the view to the sea is not directly as it looks on the picture but it is a “side view”. Still nice."

"Great location!! 2 minute walk from Potami Beach, which in our opinion was the nicest one. 20 minute walk to city centre, but we thought that the area around the hotel and at Potami was the nicest. Lots of good restaurants very near the hotel. Clean rooms and very nice with the private parking spot behind the hotel."

"We stayed for five nights but wasn’t offered cleaning once - would’ve been nice with a change of towels or having the garbage taken out. The shower is at the entrance of the bathroom so everything is quite wet afterwards. But overall the place is good."

"Very friendly & engaged welcome (typical of Albania) without bothering you unnecessarily. The accomodation is simple but good value compared to others in the area & exceptionally clean. Friendly neighbours & plenty of parking space. Good location for everything, easily walkable for most. Dog friendly too if that's required."
