"We are afamily from Saudi Arabia.We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for my family. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and amazingly helpful throughout our stay. The traditional breakfast was delicious, and overall the experience was truly enjoyable. Highly recommended."

"Unfortunately, the airport transfer that was included in our reservation did not pick us up, so we had to take a taxi ourselves. Also, communication with the staff was difficult because most of them did not speak English well. There was confusion even regarding breakfast information, which made the experience less comfortable."

"The room is absolutely cozy and felt very luxurious. But what made the stay truly remarkable was the warm and hospitable breakfast we had with the remarkable hosts, it was like going to eat at your grand parents who kept giving you more and more stuff and you leave all stuffed, but happy in the tummy. And shoutout to Adrisa, who showed us the property and also took her valuable time to guide us on things in the hotel as well as Albania. What makes a stay truly remarkable isnt just the property but the people who run the property."

"Super friendly staff! We were well accomodated with our late arrival (midnight). The apartment was perfect: spacious and well-appointed. We had a relaxing night of sleep and the heater worked very well; it was very cozy. In the morning, we had a lovely breakfast downstairs where, again, everyone was super friendly. Easy check out in the morning. We only stayed one night, but everything was great. Thank you, HH Point!"
