"Se volete vivere la vera gastronomia Albanese, immersi in un paesino dove non ci sono altri turisti, questo è il posto perfetto. Sarete accolti dai proprietari di casa con sorriso e grande disponibilità per ogni necessità. Le cene, su richiesta, vengono preparate dalla proprietaria con i prodotti locali, tutto molto gustoso e abbondante come la colazione. Grande disponibilità nel farci pranzare nel suo salone un giorno in cui non avevamo potuto organizzare diversamente. Stanza spaziosa, bagno in comune con gli altri ospiti,ma sempre pulito. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo fatto amicizia con le altre persone che soggiornavano presso Progon House: è stata una bellissima esperienza umana."

"Lovely little place in a cute village. Perfect location for hiking to the waterfall, visiting Nivice canyon or just a stop over between Gjirokaster / Permet and the coast. The roads are freshly paved and perfectly doable with any car. The rooms are nice and spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean including the shared bathroom. The couple running the guesthouse are very sweet. Although we couldn't communicate in English - it was very easy to understand each other with a bit of pantomime and a bit of Google translate"

"Our stay at Progon House was truly amazing! The place is small, perfectly organized, and very clean. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic – rich, bio, fresh, and full of flavour. A lovely surprise was when the host’s mother brought us homemade byrek in the evening – it was absolutely delicious! We had such a warm and memorable experience, and we highly recommend Progon House to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to come back!"

"Fantastic, clean, warm owner, nice light coming in the window, and a very unique place in a quiet village in the middle of nowhere but only 35 km from the hustle and bustle of Albanias southern coast."
"Bit hard to find - instructions - Go past the main restaurant in town called Taverna Qendro on the main road and then you will look out for a right turn for Progon House where there is a sign. Once you see the sign it’s impossible to miss."
"The house is located in a small lovely village. You can go for an adventurous walk to the waterfalls or just enjoy a delicious dinner at the restaurant in this village. We felt very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Lovely people!"

"Room was comfortable and location of the stay was very close to the canyon and waterfall. Hostess was very accommodating with showing us the amenities. Breakfast is big and she gave us her own farmed honey and home brewed tea."
