"Nulla da dire, casa pulitissima e con tutti i comfort possibili.. il proprietario é davvero accogliente e gentile, molto premuroso e accomodante.. per chi ha una macchina c é anche la possibilità di parcheggiare... Unica nota da far presente é che ci sono abbastanza scale da fare per arrivare all appartamento per il resto tutto perfetto 😊"

"First of all I do appreciate the communication with the owner. Contacted in advance via whatsapp, I have got useful details about the location, check in, parking, etc. Then, the apartment is exactly like in pictures, modern furniture, renovated, clean, big and fully equipped with everything you need. About the location - it is well positioned, about 5-10 from the main promenada walk, ferries wheel and some beaches. Internet connection- strong and stable (one of the best I got it during my travels). Paid and guaranteed parking at 30 meters from the location (I paid 5 euro per day) which is perfect in Sarande!!!"

"Nothing to complaint. Maybe just for your information, the entry in the main buiding is not completely renovated (but this is not an impediment), probably they will do this in the next period as many buildings around are new or renovated."

"Apartment was really clean, cosy, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There was everything you need like washing machine, diswasher, hair dryer, good air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. Communication with apartments owner was really easy and payment was made with mobilepay."

"Good comfortable flat, photos correspond to reality. The owner helped us in all matters. Beaches and shops very close, no need for a car. It is also possible to walk to the centre or to the promenade with bars and discos."

"La atención del propietario es muy buena. Muy atento. El piso es espacioso y muy nuevo. Buena relación calidad y precio. Buena ubicación en Saranda,muy cerca del centro."

"Dice que tiene parking incluido,pero no lo tiene. El propietario te recomienda un parking y son 5 euros la noche. La ubicación que tiene es difícil de aparcar según la hora del día."

"L'appartement est vraiment très bien agencé. Il est trop avec un enfant. Le propriétaire a été vraiment top. Nous avions été dans l'obligation de partir plus tôt. Il nous a remboursé quelques nuits. C'était vraiment très très gentil"

"Przestronne dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaża, restauracje, centrum. Parking pod blokiem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem."

"Very friendly and kind owner, provided us an refreshment at arrival. Cant speak english, but they will give you everything you need. Time to LORI or BLUE DIAMOND beach by walk is about 5 min., so not far. Parking available inside. If you are not demanding traveler, is very good option for accomodation consider price vs. quality result."

"La struttura è in una posizione comodissima per il centro e dotata di parcheggio, fondamentale in un paese caotico come Saranda. Internamente è ristrutturata ed accogliente, ha un cucinotto e un terrazzo vista mare per cui abbiamo amato cenare insieme o fare aperitivo godendoci il tramonto sul mare. La padrona di casa, Viola, è una signora dolce, gentile e genuinamente accogliente: ci ha rubato il cuore. È stata incredibilmente disponibile e ha cercato di facilitarci in tutto, dai consigli su dove cenare al fornirci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Non potevamo scegliere struttura migliore."

"Un appartamento molto molto ampio (addirittura con 2 bagni e il pianoforte), dotato di tutto ciò che serve (cucina, lavatrice, etc) e molto vicino al centro (10 minuti a piedi). Molto comodo anche il parcheggio privato nell'interrato del condominio."

"Host super gentile. Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati a Saranda 8 giorni, appena arrivati pioveva, il proprietario è venuto a prenderci alla stazione dei bus e ci ha accompagnati personalmente a casa. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano, la struttura è munita di ascensore, rispecchia perfettamente le foto, arredamento nuovissimo, sanitari compresi. All’interno troverete di tutto: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, stracci e prodotti per la pulizia. Il soggiorno è munito di condizionatore così come la stanza da letto. Il proprietario vi aiuterà per qualsiasi cosa ed è sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora per rispondere ad eventuali vostri dubbi. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione molto comoda avendo vicino praticamente tutto: stazione dei bus, lungomare, ristoranti, farmacia, supermercati e bar. Non potevamo scegliere struttura migliore, super consigliata."
