"Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione e la pulizia e l'organizzazione della casa. La signora Speranza è deliziosa, disponibilissima e molto gentile! Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione abitativa. Il panorama è mozzafiato e la posizione strategica per le più belle spiagge di Ksamil! Pulizia eccellente!!"
"Forse il lavabo del bagno molto piccolo e magari cambiare il materasso del letto matrimoniale che è un pochino imbarcato nel mezzo. Per il resto è tutto Super! Vacanza meravigliosa!"

"Prachtige studio heel proper met prachtig uitzicht en rustige omgeving, centraal gelegen om Ksamil en Sarandé te bezoeken."
"Als de studio ernaast kookte dan hadden we onze studio vol van de geur( waarschijnlijk omgekeerd ook) toen we de kast open deden zagen we dat de uitlaat v d dampkap in 1 buis naar buiten werd gezogen. Dus tip maak 2 aparte afzuigingen want we zagen dat het zo voorzien was. Ook nog als tip graag een dweil want de douchedeur gaf toch nog wat water door en als je op het toilet zat stond je met je voeten in een plasje."

"Respect to the owner who managed to capture a beautiful homely atmosphere, but my well-intentioned advice, the accessories in the kitchen some need to be renewed and some are missing, the silicone in the bathroom of the sink and shower needs to be renewed, especially the sink cabinet has from the water damage that smells unbearable when you sit on the toilet bowl (the toilet seat is very small), and in the bedroom the mattress on the right side goes down when you sleep, and in the kitchen when you open the lower part there is a smell of moisture. They are not major flaws, but if the owner wants to keep the high rating, he can undertake to repair these flaws."
"Schöne, saubere und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick, ruhig gelegen und mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal."
