"La struttura è bella e ben curata. Dalla nostra camera si vede il lago e la mattina l'alba è meravigliosa. L'albergo è accogliente e silenzioso. Il personale fantastico. Il proprietario molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Ho avuto un problema con l'auto e mi ha aiutato salvandomi la vacanza. L'albergo è perfetto per chi cerca una sistemazione di livello e tranquilla."

"The hotel offers a truly breathtaking view from the terrace and has a lovely pool. The rooms with separate bedrooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, enough to start the day, and the rooms had a fridge for convenience. The staff were exceptionally helpful—whenever we needed anything, they always tried to accommodate us. On our first night, there was a terrible storm and we didn’t have any food or water with us. Not only did the staff provide us with water, but they also ordered food for us and even drove us to a nearby store to buy more supplies, which was a very pleasant surprise."

"Staying on the ground floor means very little privacy, as you are right by the pool—people can see you and you hear all the surrounding noises. The hotel is far from the beach—about a 20-minute walk—so if your main goal is the beach, you might consider another option. It is also quite far from restaurants and bars, so don’t expect a wide selection nearby."

The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, offering a lovely lake view and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the heart of Ksamil. They served a great variety of delicious breakfasts every morning."
