"Mimosa e la sua famiglia sono persone davvero carine e accoglienti. La casa era molto pulita e la posizione era perfetta..a due passi dal centro di ksamil, dai market e ristoranti ma allo stesso tempo defilata dalla confusione. Spazio esterno per mangiare o rilassarsi. Ci sono diverse spiagge raggiungibili a piedi dalla casa ma sono le più caotiche..spostandosi a soli 6 minuti di macchina ci sono lidi meno caotici e anche più economici (15 lek/eur 2 lettini e ombrellone). Grazie per l'accoglienza !!!!!!!"

"Pochi utensili nella cucina,magari con qualche posata in più sarebbe meglio. La doccia è attaccata al wc e non ha tenda, quindi si bagna tutto, ma ho visto che in altri posti dell'Albania è la stessa cosa, bisogna adattarsi."

"Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Spacious appartment in third floor. The hosts took care of everything what we were asking for - some additional kitchenware, the sunshade... Thanks Julian and Mrs. Mimosa 🙏"

"Quite loud at the evenings, as app is really in the center of happening. But at midnight it gets quiet."

"The apartment had air conditioning, a TV, and a lovely little garden. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we could cook our own meals, and there was a large fridge that fit everything we bought — including a watermelon and six big bottles of water. Having a private parking space was also very convenient. Good location, about 8min walking to sea. The two hosts were very friendly and helpful. One morning during breakfast, they even suggested we enjoy it in the garden and told us we can have the fruit in the garden."

"We stayed on the ground floor, so the lack of an elevator wasn’t an issue. However, we might have missed out on some nice city views from higher floors."

"The property was 2 min away from the beach. Every 3 days we had our room cleaned and sheets changed and towels, place to dry our clotes and beach towels. There os also availability for washing machine. Amazing people taking care of their guests."

"Lovely family run hotel in an amazing location. I did not meet the owner as she was away, but the owner's mother was an absolutely lovely person. Only 3 min walk to the beaches, but set back in a quiet spot. Good sized room!"
