"Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, la struttura è molto ben tenuta e pulita. Ho avuto un’esperienza sgradevole con un ospite, ma la proprietaria si è subito prodigata per farmi sentire di nuovo a mio agio, offrendo un rimborso al cliente maleducato e mandandolo via. Il cibo era molto buono sia a pranzo che a colazione (fino ad ora l’unica a buffet da quando siamo in Uganda)"

"This hotel is a gem. It is a good place to relax after the hustle and bustle of Masaka. I had got my bookings mixed up and they were very nice about it. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was delicious."

"It's a beautiful place and fantastic garden and the great place to relax, very clean and the reliable WiFi and the breakfast was very delicious. The owner and the manager were so polite, responsive and professional. I definitely recommend this place, i really loved the place."
"At the beginning there were some problems but with the involvement of the manager, Clovis the issues have been resolved and I was moved to a much nicer room and comfortable. The place it's more than 1.6 km from the centre and no shops or restaurants around apart from the hotel's restaurant with a pricy food and certainly not shared kitchen. I believe the owner and the manager should provide some training to the staff and make them more effective to deal with the guests enquiries as they are slow and not effective."

"Not a complaint, as such, but keep in mind that the pool is popular with the locals so it can get a bit loud on some days. The water did stop running at one point but you can't blame the hotel for that, it's a problem with local infrastructure."

"Its a beautiful accommodation out of the town so a very chilled vibe. The staff was wonderful and after a small miscommunication about my booking, the manager sorted me out perfectly:), great hospitality! The food was very nice and the Easter activities were spectacular!"
