"This stay was one of my favorite from the whole Taiwan. I loved the cozy room and comfortable beds. The room was clean and everything was working great. It was few minutes walk from the train station. I highly recommend it! We got a room update for free!"

"地點很好，對面就有便利商店，還有玉里麵很好吃！房間乾淨，空間感很好，床也好睡，還有一個可以站出去的小陽台！ 要特別特別感謝民宿的小幫手！因為本次發生一件烏龍事件，就是我們機車上的安全帽不知道被誰拿走，隔天退房離開時發現少了一頂安全帽，打給民宿小幫手，小幫手很快速的提供了我們一頂安全帽，讓我們不要耽誤到行程，並跟我們邀請提供機車行的聯絡方式，他們會協助處理，真的非常非常貼心而且危機處理反應絕佳，堪比大飯店等級了，真的大推！以後來花蓮我就住這間了"

"The staff and owner are exemplary in their hospitality, communication, and accommodation. Any issues were addressed promptly and courteously. My plans were in flux, and they were patient and gracious as I made changes to my original booking. The room was spacious with good natural light. The location was an easy ten minute walk from the train station, and accessible for tours in the area. The lodging is away from the main touristic area of Hualien, but there are shops nearby for necessities."

"The room was not as clean as expected when I arrived, but this was addressed promptly and satisfactorily. There was occasional noise from people going about their daily lives in the area, sometimes late into the evening."

"老闆娘去光復幫忙了，雖透過手機引導自助入住也簡單清楚，過程中有問題也很快回覆，房間大且乾淨，以平日價格非超划算~~ 此次入住4C，床頭牆上的展示櫃是vvv型，就在頭的正上方，雖然不太可能掉下來但還是有點怕XD"
