"Beautiful historic stately home thoughtfully transformed into an excellent small hotel whilst retaining homeliness. We stayed for 2nights on a dinner, B&B package"
"We were initially given a very dark, small room in a separate modern chalet outside of the castle grounds, looking out over some building work going on in the adjacent golf course. We were subsequently offered a free upgrade in the main house. Whilst we did not complain our review would obviously not have been so good had we remained in the original offering."

"Spännande, exotisk miljö med riddarrustningar, gamla jakttroféer och klassisk konst. Vi fick en uppgradering av rummet utan att vi bad om det, och fick ett trevligt rum med kakelugn i flygeln. Vi åt middag på kvällen och den var den godaste vi har ätit på mycket länge!"
