"The hotel is located on a busy street in the center of Karlstad, the train station is a 7-minute walk, shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby, close to the park and museum. The rooms are neat, the room has everything for convenience. Yes, the shower and toilet are small and you need to get used to using them correctly, but this does not cause much inconvenience. The main thing is that the shower and toilet are clean and everything works well. The hotel has a pleasant common area for breakfast and lunch; free coffee, tea, and cookies. Since the hotel was not packed to capacity, the administrator even allowed to look at a couple of rooms on different sides and choose the one I liked (on one side the rooms overlook a busy street, on the other there is a view of the roof of a neighboring building)."

"Very close to the train station & the centre. Good breakfast. Good size room with comfortable bed"

"The hotel was quite central ( above a store in the central pedestrian zone) but tricky to find since the signage was not obvious. Access was up a flight of stairs, then a welcome elevator. Room was basic, but comfortable with fresh air, good heating and Wifi and a good shower. Continental breakfast was also basic but adequate and coffee, tea, biscuits and apples were freely available at any time from the Reception area. Staff were friendly and helpful and kindly allowed a late checkout due to afternoon train. Handy to supermarkets and shops. Bike hire available at Solsta Hire ( no connection to hotel) near the public library."

"Relativt litet duschutrymme ihop m wc o handfat men det funkade…. Om man har svårt att gå i trappor är det en halvtrappa upp till hissen."

"Var ett mysigt och bra storlek på rummet med både skrivbord med stol och en fåtölj med bord samt en liten kyl. Trevlig personal och bra information vid in checking. Toppen med smart TV på rummet Allt var rent i både rum och övriga utrymmen."

"Toaletten på rummet var lite liten och sliten. Duschen var kopplad med kranen till handfatet så den rann samtidigt som man duschade. Var toppen att jag fick informationen om kommande renovering som troligen kommer ändra på det."
