"L' albergo è in pieno centro. La camera è molto grande con la zona notte separata, ha una buona vista sulla città, ed è arredata ed accessoriata in linea con la categoria. L'albergo ha un parcheggio a pagamento ma ha anche alcuni posti in strada riservati gratuiti davanti al ristorante. Il personale è gentile e disponibile"

"1) Not serving dinner, restaurant open for breakfast only. 2) I left hotel at 6:00am and even I had breakfast included there was no option to take small sandwich or water for take away, nothing has been offered by Receptionist when I was asking 3) No lift in the hotel, not suitable for guests with walking steps difficulties. I have got asthma and I found difficult to go up the second floor with my suitcases 4) In the hall near the Reception is toilet facility but you have to ask for a key Receptionist, it is for real? Why in Poland toilets have to be locked? 5) If you want to leave your suitcases there is room near the Reception but is not locked and Receptionist is never at the Reception, you always have to wait………"
"The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town, which is probably the biggest plus of our entire stay there. The breakfast was ok. The private parking is provided."
"The room, as well as the hotel itself is very dated and needs renovation. The beds are small and uncomfortable and the walls are very thin so you can hear the noise coming form the nearby rooms and the corridor. There is no lift in the hotel which is very inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage."

"Very comfortable hotel, new rooms, nice and careful personel. We arrived at 2:00 at night, but everything was great. Parking just at the entrance. Spacious room, nice pillows, good breakfast and coffee. Thank you!"

"Very nice hotel with a great location if you are planning to go hiking. Great relaxing zone like a swimming pool, 4 sauna, and an outside jacuzzi, especially after a long day hiking. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choices."

"I enjoyed how central the apartment is to a wonderful market place, restuarants and various snow-based activities; guided by friendly tour guides. The facilities in the apartment were exceptional and clean with a lovely indoor heating system, kitchen, dining area, lounge and cozy bedrooms.
