"The staff are friendly and do their best to ensure guests are happy. Imran, the Operations Manager, was outstanding as took personal ownership to ensure any requests raised were addressed. He even went and bought batteries for the clock in the apartment as the maintenance team did not address. The hotel location is brilliant as it is easy access to Centaurus Mall and very central so nothing is too far away. Centaurus Hotel Suites has agreement with Movenpick for breakfast which is was a pleasant surprise."

"The security team for the mall and Movenpick were not great at helping get to the cark park. It is important to ensure that Centaurus Hotel Suites team register the car and that way can enter via the Movenpick entrance (which is the only entrance)."

"Apartment was spacious and clean bedrooms. Bathroom needs little updating but was ok. Staff were very nice especially Ayesha and sara. Breakfast was excellent at movenpick , their partner hotel. Overall it was a lovely stay !"

"Breakfast was lovely, there was a variety of options available. They had a Western side and then a Desi side where you could order a variety of freshly made breads. They offered everything, variety was great. The management and staff are exceptional and make Centaurus what it is. Thank you for all your help and the brilliant service! The apartment was lovely, perfect for my son and me. Room service was also very good, a great variety of food available, very reasonably priced."
