"Close to town and TA Route. Warm comfy room and bed, a hose for the bike and locked bike shed. Was able to use washing machine. Peaceful grounds and outlook."

"It was clean, very comfortable and well located in Te Aroha. We enjoyed using the shared kitchen. We will be back and would recommend it to anyone staying in Te Aroha, which is a great place with good walking tracks and very good hot pool options. Overall a charming little town."

"Cosy studio with a place to park your bicycle safely. We were staying one night on our two days Hauraki Rail Trail bicycle tour. The spa near by was a nice experience too."
"It was a stormy night and we woke up two times for the alarm of the free fire brigade nearby. Of course it is not their fault but maybe it would be good to guide tourists who are not used to this, so they don’t get worried."
