"Posizione nel cuore di Dunedin, vicino al museo, posti per cenare e all'Octagon, soggiornare al Leviathan è come fare un salto nel passato. Bella la sala di lettura al primo piano e le scale in legno. Buona anche la colazione anche se a pagamento."

"Nice historic hotel/backpackers, currently in renovation. The rooms are simple, with single (bunk)beds, but complete. Price/quality is good. Breakfast simple but only $15. I am curious what it will look like when the renovation is finished!"

"My last review was negative, so second time back I've made an effort to be observant. It is a wonderful place as far as its decor. It was tidy & comfortable."

"Location, easy walk to town. Stayed in the dorms - pretty well run, safe, most people were considerate. Owners are so accommodating, travelled by motorcycle - let me keep it in the plaza, meant two days of coming and going which they were very obliging with."

"The noise not double glazed so road noise did wake us early and building next door having it's roof done so you had to be careful getting in and our of the shower as roofers could see you as window not frosted. No net curtains so you also had to keep curtains shut.that was the only down side."
