"Ambiente estremamente accogliente. Non è un semplice ostello ma una piccola comunità di ragazzi basata sulla condivisione e sull'aiuto reciproco. Lo staff cercherà di soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti, secondo il tipico senso dell'ospitalità nepalese. Nello spazio comune sul terrazzo ci si può rilassare e incontrare altri viaggiatori autentici. Nonostante sia nel pieno centro di Thamel, la posizione appartata garantisce silenzio e tranquillità. Docce calde sempre funzionanti (che non è scontato)."

"L’accoglienza all’ostello è stata molto calorosa! Il posto si trova in una perfetta posizione, la terrazza è la ciliegina sulla torta. La camera era pulita, così come i servizi igienici."

"Fantastica la famiglia che gestisce questo ostello, mi sono sentita veramente a mio agio e mi è piaciuto molto chiacchierare con loro. Bellissimo il roof per socializzare e godere del panorama sulla città. I servizi sono piuttosto spartani ma la doccia è calda e confortevole e le camere sono abbastanza spaziose. Lo consiglio."

"Sono arrivata a Kathmandu pensando di restarci solo per qualche giorno, sono finita per restarci due settimane grazie alla bella compagnia che ho trovato al Planet Nomad Hostel! Rooftop con una vista unica di Kathmandu, soprattutto durante il tramonto. Dopo intere giornate fuori non vedevo l'ora di tornare in ostello per essere coccolata dal delizioso cibo di Basanti, una delle propietarie, donna dolcissima e molto disponibile per qualsiasi bisogno. Ritornerò sicuramente!"

"Bellissima terrazza dove si condividono momenti con gli altri ospiti, atmosfera molto amichevole. Proprietari super disponibili. Posizione ottima nel Tamel ma posta fuori dalla baraonda delle strade principali. Dovevamo rimanere una notte e siamo rimasti tre."

"My stay at Planet Nomad was fantastic: from the moment I've arrived in Kathmandu- I was greeted by the staff with open arms. One of my favorite parts of the hostel is the rooftop- 360, unparalleled views and the best vibes from backpackers- you're sure to meet incredible friends here; the view of the valley from high up especially during sunset is unreal. The location of Planet Nomad is also perfect- right in the middle of bustling Thamel and surrounded by amazing cafes, food spots, and traveler amenities. Didi, her family and her staff have been most gracious and welcoming - I truly felt at home. It is through this warmth and care that one appreciates true Nepali hospitality."

The atmosphere feels chill and welcoming, and the location is also very convenient for getting around. Overall, a great place if you want a comfortable, friendly, backpacker-style stay."
