"Hotel veramente bellissimo, devo dire che è più un villaggio. Piscina molto grande, stanze molto belle, forse la nostra piccolina, che sembra di stare in uno chalet in montagna. Vi prego addentratevi giù nel boschetto dove sono posizionate sdraio, poltrone e tavolini o casette sull'albero. Ovviamente non fatevi mancare la spa. Ah uno dei ristoranti più buoni in cui abbiamo mangiato in Marocco!"

"The food situation totally let this hotel down . I was disappointed when I was served ham in my sandwich , after ordering only cheese tomato and avocado . I asked for a new one , only to discover my sandwich had just been dissected and the ham removed . I could have done that ! It still tasted and smelt of ham . The apologies were abundant , but I was left without lunch . It took 30 mins to prepare that one and I wasn’t going to wait again ! The hotel doesn’t cater really for vegetarians . I found it disrespectful to think that simply removing the ham from my sandwich was acceptable . The evening meal , although tasty was also a very long time being prepared . The morning buffet was definitely not worthy of 5*"

"Amazing hotel with very responsive staff, especially the friendly reception team. The facilities are outstanding and really made the stay enjoyable."
"Just a couple of details to highlight: the room service prices shown on the in-room tablet didn’t fully match the actual charges, which could be improved. Also, considering the nightly rate, I believe bottled water should be complimentary whenever ordered, not only during turndown. Overall, though, a fantastic experience and I would gladly return."
