"Il proprietario il signor Rami è stato molto gentile e accogliente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. All'inizio abbiamo notato che la stanza era abbastanza sporca. Abbiamo fatto notare il problema della stanza completamente sporca. Sono stati molto premurosi nel risolvere immediatamente il problema. Camera super confortevole. Cassaforte in camera molto comoda. Camera molto spaziosa. Letto e cuscini comodissimi. Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile. Gli italiani sono molto amati in questo hotel. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Ampio parcheggio. Colazione molto abbondante. Quando ritorneremo in Libano sicuramente torneremo in questo hotel perché è veramente un bel posto comodo per spostarsi per visitare Byblos, Batroun e per raggiungere la Valle di Qadisha. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è abbastanza positivo. I camerieri della colazione sono molto simpatici e premurosi."
