"Gestore americano, persona molto allegra, entusiasta e disponibile. Offre anche servizio di ristorante e colazione. Televisione molto grande con Netflix e Sky Glass gratuiti. Posizione leggermente defilata dal centro, meglio così."
"Cortile d'ingresso un po' decadente"
"Struttura molto carina e in un ottima posizione. Avevamo l’unica camera con il bagno esterno ma privato, il proprietario ci aveva avvertito e come previsto non è stato un problema, anzi ci siamo trovate bene. Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno cambiato asciugamani e rifatto il letto. Siamo state molto bene, lo consigliamo."

"Posto accogliente il proprietario disponibile a soddisfare le richieste e a dare info su come visitare la città e i dintorni. Ottima cucina sia per colazione che per i pasti, piatti abbondanti! La posizione è appena fuori dal centro ma comodissima nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, caffè, ristoranti e affitto motorini. 5 minuti a piedi e sei sul lungofiume"

"Lovely large room with comfortable beds and pillows. We were on the ground floor but there wasn’t a problem with noise at all. Room felt the most homely we’ve had in our travels. Nice lamps, pictures and even plants. Large tv with lots of channels. Great location. Would definitely recommend The Magic Sponge."
"Fridge would have been a bonus but not a problem. Missed having a mirror by a plug to dry my hair but again that’s a minor issue."
"The owner was friendly and the hospitality was excellent overall. The room was comfortable and had all the basics covered and more. The grounds were nice and good location."

"The property is run by William. He does all the booking, check ins and departures, he also finds time to run the restaurant, bar, maintenance, helpful tourist advice and booking of transport. He has a small team of staff which he looks after. Nothing is of any trouble and you are made to feel very welcome. The theme is to Chill out and that’s how you feel whilst staying at The Magic Sponge. The in room entertainment is top class and with the clearest of picture on the screen providing enough selection to keep you entertained. The food is of very high standard with an extensive menu using quality products than most hotel cheap brands. There are plenty of areas to enjoy around the grounds including crazy golf (9 hole) and 2 pool tables under the nice smelling pink jasmine pergola."

"The host is a very friendly American man and helped to organis motorbike hire, taxi to the airport, and gave us a room upgrade. Welcome drinks were well appreciated. The fried cheese balls are delicious. Quiet street. Rooms are clean and spacious."

"Buonissima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal Russian Market, in una via tranquilla, con un caffè che propone un'eccellente colazione (tra l'altro) proprio di fronte. A pochissimi minuti si trovano anche negozietti, infiniti posti dove mangiare di tutto, e mezzi pubblici (bus). Al piano terra c'è un minimarket, possibilità di acquistare articoli essenziali. Si sale poi alle stanza con una scala a chiocciola strettina. La coppa che gestisce la guesthouse è molto gentile e disponibile. Ho alloggiato in una stanza matrimoniale: ampia, con armadietto, frigo, tavolino, ventilatore, letto molto molto ampio divanetto. Il bagno comune era essenziale ma funzionale. C'era una grande stanza comune con tavolo, e una bellissima terrazzina coperta con vista. Possibilità di rifill dell'acqua."

Al piano terra c'è il caffè vegano, molto apprezzato, e le camere sono sopra. Ho alloggiato in un dormitorio, il letto era comodo, con luce, presa elettrica e tendina per la privacy. I bagni erano puliti e presenti in buon numero. Molto bella la terrazzina rooftop, con piante, divanetti e altro, un posto rilassante. Il personale è gentile. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo."
