"Abbiamo trascorso due notti presso questo hotel perchè non stavamo bene. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La stanza era pulita e carina, la colazione ricca e molto buona. Abbiamo usufruito de servizio lavanderia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consigliamo! ☺️"

"Tra i servizi della struttura c’era la possibilità di organizzare dei tour. Dopo aver prenotato un tour di due giorni ad Ala Kul, ad un prezzo concordato e confermato, al momento del pagamento, dapprima ci è stato detto che il prezzo non era più valido, poi insistendo sul fatto che avevamo una prenotazione, ci hanno accordato il prezzo alle condizioni stabilite in precedenza. Non ci è stata data la possibilità di pagare con carta perché la guida avrebbe dovuto pagare in contanti i suoi partner (transfer, campeggio, pasti, noleggio ecc). Purtroppo la mia ragazza si è sentita male il primo giorno e non abbiamo potuto usufruire di servizi inclusi nel tour, quindi pensavamo di poter recuperare almeno i soldi del campeggio ma a quel punto la guida ci ha detto di aver già pagato online, anche se non ha voluto mostrarci la ricevuta. Inoltre abbiamo dovuto ripagare il transfer, perché anche quello a quanto pare era già stato pagato, ma per venirci a prendere dalla parte opposta della nostra escursione (cosa che non avevamo chiesto). Se dovete organizzare qualcosa di simile, forse è meglio se vi rivolgete a qualcun altro"

"We got overcharged for the laundry. We had only 2 bags of clothes and they charged us for 4 machines/ laundry. Better to agree on the price and quantity of machine before to avoid the bad surprise."

"Lovely hotel, very clean and incredibly helpful staff. We were allowed to keep our car at the hotel while we went for 3 days to do the ala kol hike and when we came back we had a flat tyre which they changed for us. Incredibly grateful!"

"When we arrived we had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to open the door to the hotel."

"The host was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He really wanted to make sure we were comfortable and offered to make dinner reservations for us. The location is in a quiet part of town but close to everything. The closed of compound makes for safe parking space and a great place to sit with friends at night. Rooms are roomy and clean with good showers, the breakfast is excellent!"

"Breakfast was standard for what you can get in Kyrgystan. Prepared fresh for you in the morning. They had very nice porridge one day. A little far from the centre but closer to the mountains if you prefer nature walks. There is some echo in the hall so you can hear people talking loudly if your room is nearby the breakfast area."
