"Welcoming and warm and appreciated the shuttle service"

"Modern, well equipped accommodation perfectly suited to those who want a comfortable self sustained stay. Location was super, everything within a short walk. Staff were great, helpful in giving advice and pointing us in the right direction as well as making us feel welcome. Hinzan provides a free taxi service for guests, this was really helpful for going to and from the mountain to save a cold walk. We will be back!"

"Excellent staff who went above and beyond to help us with the hospital when I was ill, we really appreciate their help and they were so kind at a time we really needed it! The apartment is very nice, kitchen was great with lots of utensils so you could cook full meals, TV was good with Netflix and YouTube, comfortable bed, good sofa"

"I’ve been traveling full time for the past 2 years and for the first time have thee feeling that I have been scammed. There is a sales guy called Mark that we asked to organize a private transfer for us. We asked for the transfer time to be changed and he said it was not possible and neither would we get a refund. We did not ask for a full refund. But he was not willing to give any. When we asked to keep the transfer he refused the service entirely after charging $350. After enquiring about the name of the transport company it turned out it is conveniently named Mark1style. I hope you find better staff for the location that don’t pocket money from the customers."
"The property is close to the slopes and central to grand Hirafu. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The shuttle service was convenient and was the cherry on top of our stay. Staff was also very helpful in arranging our transports to and from the airport."

"Stylish and very comfortable two bedroom apartment in a great central location. Lots of nice touches, like outdoor ski lockers and a heated ski boot room as you enter the building. The staff runs a shuttle from 8 to 8 to take you anywhere in a 10 minute radius -- that gets you to the base of either of the Hirafu gondolas or into town. Staff were very friendly and very responsive. We also ordered an in-room hot pot meal experience that was a lot of fun and a real highlight of the trip."
