"La casa e' accogliente e molto particolare. Il proprietario e' stato gentile. Non avendo trovato nessun ristorante aperto nel raggio di 20 km siamo ritornati alla casa e il proprietario ci ha messo a disposizione cucina, pasta pomodoro....e un liquorino molto buono. Una bella serata"

Google map ci dava continuamente una posizione che ci portava nei campi. La posizione corretta e': con le spalle al monastero, la via che entra in paese percorrete fino in fondo, girate a sx, la prima casa sulla dx. Ha una bella scritta sul frontale

"Ottima posizione, vicino alle spiagge ed ai ristoranti, posizione molto comoda per girare tutta l'isola. Cucina attrezzata e Julius simpatico e molto disponibile"

Essendo un appartamento, farei trovare un ombrellone per la spiaggia, noi ne abbiamo acquistato uno e lasciato in struttura magari per i clienti futuri, ed anche un paio di sdraiette sempre per la spiaggia, molto utili visto che solo Mullet Bay e Great Bay sono attrezzate e per chi non voglia spendere tutti i giorni 25/30 dollari per ombrellone e lettino e voglia apprezzare le diverse spiagge presenti sull'isola. Anche una borsa termica per il cibo non sarebbe male

"We enjoyed staying in this pleasant beautifully decorated house with the lovely host Genet and her 4 puppies. She was very warm ,welcoming and treated us like a member of the family. Genet was very efficient and organised and updated us regularly before our arrival. She arranged safe transport for us ,gave us very useful tips and reccomeded lovely places to dine at. Every day she prepared amazing traditional breakfast dishes and before we left even gave us her own home made berber and another special powder. Loved staying here and will always remember Genet"

"Durante il mio soggiorno la colazione per ovvi motivi l'ho fatta sempre fuori. La posizione della struttura è vicinissima al centro. Il bagno lo ritengo confortevole e se dovessi sforzarmi a rappresentare qual neo lo individuerei nella presa ci corrente assente."

"What an AMAZING place! The cabinas are well spaced apart and feel very private all located a in stunning and vibrant location. The wildlife is right on your porch, we saw howler monkeys’s, white faced monkeys, agouti, iguanas and lots of birds. The pool is perfect for cooling off after a day exploring Montezuma. The cabins itself was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the hammock! It was very well kitted out with everything we needed for cooking as a family of 3 and the pre chilled bottle of water in the fridge was greatly appreciated on our arrival. Location wise it is perfectly situated only 5 min away from shops and supermarkets where you can get all you need and in the pother direction (around a 3 min drive) is Montezuma, with loads of delicious places to eat and lots of stunning places to explore. We most definitely felt at home here and didn’t want to leave"

"Amazing and chilled place to stay just a few metres from great restaurants and the main plaza. Naum is the heart and soul of the hostel. He manages everything and takes good care of everything. The dorms are basic, the kitchen well equipped and breakfast included. Would recommend it any time"

"Guest house gestita dal simpatico Timur (per noi, the great! ) e la sua cordiale famiglia, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Registan e dalle attrazioni principali di Samarcanda. Sulla strada ci sono un ATM, un piccolo alimentari e a 3 min a piedi un fast food aperto oltre alla mezzanotte. La stanza offre l’essenziale per una tappa a Samarcanda. Colazione abbondante in cortile. Il punto di forza di questa struttura è anche la disponibilità della famiglia di Timur, pronta a soddisfare ogni vostra esigenza. Se ricapiteremo a Samarcanda ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Federica e Gianluca"

"The location is amazing. Grocery store very close by. It's cozy. Large room and clean, comfortable beds. Rachelle was amazing. Went beyond by providing some did you know?... sound of falls in pool was soothing. Kitchen facilities clean and complete with all needs. Yes I would come back in a heart beat."

Pool abit dirty and not clean completely. I would add ice machine or an available freezer for our ice. Lack of close by restaurants is a bummer.

"Great location by the sea and near the harbour. Nice, old-fashioned interior decoration, mirroring the age of some of the buildings. Very friendly staff who let us keep our freezer packs in their freezer. We went kayaking for one night, could leave our car at their parking lot, and when we came back we could use their facilities to get a fresh water shower."

"Lovely jamaican couple running a little Guest House just 5 min away from the beach. The highlight of the stay was the pool and the served food for dinner. I highly recommend eating at the Guest House! The rooms were spacious and nicely temperature thanks to the well working AC. If you looking for a nice and peaceful place to stay close to kokrobite, don't miss out on that one!"

"If you're looking for a quiet place, Villa Serenity by the Water is where you need to go... and yet, it's just a throw of stone away from shops and busy places... as for the breakfast, I must say I've enjoyed the sweetest omelette ever, accompanied with a selection of fruits/yoghurt/toasts... exactly what I needed to start my next journey on the right foot !!!... apart from that, rooms are large, very well quiped and nicely decorated... making your stay real enjoyable !"

I found it a little difficult to adjust temperature in the shower as it is a sophisticated model with thermostat... but had I stayed longer, I would have asked for advice and I'm sure I would have mastered the issue !

"Hosh al subbar si trova in una zona molto verdeggiante, silenziosa, ma fuori betlemme il che per un viaggiatore appiedato è problematico. La struttura, che è stata ristrutturata conservando pero appieno le caratteristiche dell antica casa, è pulitissima tutto perfettamente in ordine con un grande giardino in cui volendo si puo anche fare colazione. I gestori sono stati accoglienti, gentili, desiderosi di venire incontro ai minimi desideri. Se si vuole avere a disposizione piu spazio al piano terra c è una enorme sala dove poter prendere il te o eventualmente pranzare per gruppi numerosi. Il giardino offre una zona gioco per bambini. La colazipne su richiest e pagamento a parte è abbondante e rispecchia le tradizioni culinarie del luogo"

"Keeps its promises. The owner, Mr Fadiga saved my life after the Radisson hotel had cancel my booking (and the booking of 30+ guests) without informing us of this in advance. Facing the emergency situation, Mr Fadiga kindly confirmed and ensure there would be a room available for me. He told me that Mr Manet would pick me up from the airport and all promises were kept. Mr Manet was professional, friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. He took me everyday to the the conference I had come to attend (1 hour away) and back. He was always punctual and easy to reach. This was an excellent service. The room was very large and clean. The hot water tank, air con and TV worked perfectly."

Ogni mattina preparano la colazione con offerte diverse ogni giorno ed adattabili alle vostre necessità. Il paesino di Maroni è piccolo e accogliente, offre una tranquillità serale perfetta per staccare. Come posizione una ottimale via di mezzo per visitare le diverse parti dell’isola, per cui si rende necessaria la machina. Se invece siete interessati al mare ed alle spiagge ve ne sono diverse raggiungibili a pochi minuti di macchina. Super consigliato, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!"

"Più che un hotel, è il cuore della storia di Kathmandu dalla fine degli anni ‘70. Immersa in un giardino tranquillo nel perfetto baricentro di Thamel, c’è un’atmosfera sospesa nel tempo che fa immaginare le spedizioni dei grandi alpinisti del passato. La camera era comoda e con il materasso migliore mai provato. Arte, bar e ristoranti sempre a disposizione. Ci torneremo."

Il bagno è un po’ spartano per il costo della camera.

"Everything: location, interior design, hospitality, cleanliness, the fact that there is a private gated parking for the guests! I felt like visiting someone’s house, not a hotel, it was so cozy and calm. I will definitely stay there again in the future!"

"Location was very tropical and peaceful … nicely tucked away. Tony is an amazing service person and goes above and beyond. He’s very attentive he’s a great resource for things to do as well."

The cleanliness and the condition of furniture need an upgrade! The cabinet needs to be ripped out and replaced, stove and items need a deep clean and shower needs a proper shower head sorta spittled as opposed to showered.
