"Tina is cheerful and excellent host who lives in house next to this very nicely decorated studio cottage with full kitchen and large bath with walk in shower. Large windows face a beautiful garden making space fell larger and yet more private. Garden cuts off sound from street. This place is in city center, so location is also excellent."

"We LOVED everything about the Garden House: the environment is essentially the Garden of Eden complete with fruit trees. But you’re in town near historic sites, stores of all sorts , restaurants, wine cellars, paring is free, safe & easy. Tina, the host is such a lovely person, she really takes hospitality seriously and she’s very fun about it! She regularly showered us with pancakes, nuts, pomegranates, kiwis & Rose liqueur over 9 days—she’s a fantastic ambassador for Georgia! Everything about the apartment is quality: comfy bed, linens, hot water/shower, kitchen appliances, washer, heating, fireplace. From this base we drove to many of the “Wine Days” festivals all over the Kakheti region, and walked across the street to our local one. It’s fairly centrally located for many other adventures as well. It’s an outstanding value, and an all-around wonderful experience."

"Останавливались на 1 ночь. Хозяйка Тина - чудесная! Встретила как родных, показала сад, проводила в домик. С утра угостила целой стопкой оладушек с разными вареньями! Сам дом - прекрасный! Мы использовали две двуспальные кровати, мягкие, чистые, в доступе одеяла, пледы, много подушек. В домике можно постирать (есть стиральная машина), погладить, есть холодильник, плита, в общем всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Возле домика в саду есть столик и стулья, вечером можно насладиться видом!"

"Отличное место! У дома шикарный цветущий сад с фруктовыми деревьями - можно экскурсии проводить как в оранжерее :) Интерьер дома оформлен в традиционном грузинском стиле. Очень чисто. Есть все что нужно для комфортного проживания. Хозяйка Тина очень радушная и гостеприимная! Утром даже угостила свежим пирогом и вкусным вареньем 😋 Рассказала где что в городе находится и куда лучше съездить. Благодарим за очень тёплый прием! За это мы и любим Грузию и весь грузинский народ!"
