"La struttura è esattamente come in foto , appartamento centralissimo , bella zona di Parigi , era pulito e luminoso. C’è una macchinetta per il caffè , l’avremmo utilizzata volentieri ma non c’erano cialde, non dico una confezione intera , ma tre/quattro cialde già disponibili per poterla utilizzare sarebbero state apprezzate. Per il resto mi sento di consigliarlo assolutamente !"

"Posizione ottima con la metro 1 a pochi metri che collega il quartiere con il centro città in pochi minuti. Quartiere tranquillo ben attrezzato: ristoranti tipici, e non per chi vuole mangiare altro. Supermercati, negozi e locali giovanili per il dopo cena. Appartamento ben curato e pulito sopra le aspettative. Fornito di asciugamani, lenzuola e piumone."

"Non abbiamo trovato nessun kit di accoglienza ( acqua, saponi, snack )"

"Accogliente, noi eravamo in 5 e abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Pulita, comoda, accessoriata, in una zona perfetta per muoversi in città coi mezzi, l’agenzia ci ha tenuto le valigie al check out, al check in ci ha con calma spiegato tutto, tutto funzionante! Da ex host posso dire che nulla era fuori posto!"

"Lascerei in casa all’arrivo qualche cialda per la macchinetta del caffè e un sapone in doccia, che ci hanno comunque proposto alla prenotazione a pagamento."

"Poteva essere tutto perfetto ma purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un’assistenza non molto rapida. Bagno sprovvisto di prodotti da bagno da toilette di cortesia, eccetto una piccola saponetta, e soffitto che in alcuni punti gocciolava acqua di notte e al mattino presto a causa di un problema idraulico già noto alla proprietà, che a tarda notte ci ha creato dei fastidi. Ritengo che il deposito cauzionale richiesto sia eccessivo."

"Everything was flawless, I had such an amazing stay- the apartment is huge and very warm and comfortable, location is the best one in Paris, host is very friendly. Would recommend a thousand times"

"Everything was perfect. The apartment was super clean, and the host and staff were very friendly. They immediately handed us the keys upon arrival, making the check-in process very smooth. Their office is just a few meters away from the apartment in case you need anything (although we didn’t). The apartment is spacious enough for a family of five, and the neighborhood is very safe."

"Fabulous location. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. It is effectively open plan living with 1 bedroom however when asleep can close door between each room. Plenty of kitchen pots/ plates/ bowls, linen, pillows and towels. Provided a few laundry detergent sheets, plus dish liquid, cloth and tea towels. Allowed us to store our cases free of charge from checkout until departure of Paris in their office which is across the road. Downside: the washing machine was not functioning properly and for the life of me I could not work out the dryer function, the clothes were getting steamed! Things you need as a family travelling. Also, no start up coffee supplies :)"

"Location was great to get out and about from and facilities within the apartment was everything we needed. Host very friendly and prompt and no problems during our stay. Secure access with chip and 2 sets of keys allowed for memners of our family to do different things."

"Having to commit to a $1000 damage waiver was unexpected on booking and only apparent once booked. This is taken as payment from your credit card and not held as pending, therefore reducing your available balance on your card. This needs to be taken by physical card (not by phone) so don't forget to take it!"
