"Appartamento accogliente con tutti i comfort, Grande e ben disposto, comodo per 3 massimo 4 Persone . Al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma nella zona vi sono solo palazzi antichi. Molto vicino al centro."

"Die Lage des Appartments war ganz großartig. Wenn man mit dem PKW anreist, ist das Parkhaus St. Jacques ideal zu erreichen. 15,50 €/24 Stunden. Vom Appartment in die Altstadt? - Man ist sozusagen in der Altstadt - ausgezeichnet! Die Ausstattung war gut und die Lage ist ruhig. Ich kann das Appartement nur empfehlen."

"Die Schlüsselübergabe war nicht gut genug kommuniziert und etwas kompliziert. Erst die zufällige engagierte Hilfe des freundlichen jungen Nachbarpaares ermöglichte das Auffinden des Schlüsselkästchens und damit den Zutritt ins Appartement. Die Unterstützung durch den Vermieter per Zusendung von Fotos zur Lokalisation des Schlüssellooks sowie der korrekten PIN erfolgte aber umgehend. Die öfter erwähnte hölzerne Treppe fand ich nicht störend. Ist halt antik und eher romantisch. Das Bettlacken zeigte eine unschöne Verunreinigung auf aber das Bett ist ansonsten sehr bequem. Vermisst habe ich einige touristische Informationen, den WLAN-Zugang und die Beschreibung zur Inbetriebnahme der Gastherme - es war November da ist eine Heizung von Vorteil. Wir haben sie aber eingeschaltet bekommen. Die Rückgabe des Schlüssels über das Schlüsselkästchen mit PIN war einfach. Ich kann das Appartement dennoch nur empfehlen und würde es wieder mieten."

"Die Unterkunft war geräumig und groß. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie lag in direkter Nähe zu einem Kaufhaus mit Parkhaus und der Altstadt."

The location was ideal, even closer to the places I needed to get to than I had originally expected. It was just a short walk to the stunning Metz Cathedral and the Christmas markets, making it easy to soak in the festive atmosphere and explore the heart of the city. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I truly appreciated the care and attention put into both the apartment and the hosting experience."

"The stairs were a bit of a challenge at first, but I quickly grew accustomed to them as I navigated them multiple times each day. A friend in the area walked me from the train station (gare) to the apartment on my first night, accompanied by his dog. Carrying my luggage up wasn’t too difficult, as he kindly took my suitcase, but getting his dog back down later that night took nearly an hour, which unfortunately made future visits more complicated. When it came time to leave, managing my bags on the stairs by myself was a bit stressful. While this wouldn’t be an issue for everyone, it’s something to keep in mind for those with mobility concerns or heavier luggage. Additionally, I wasn’t able to figure out how to use the washing machine, which was a bit of a challenge since I had packed minimally, relying on the apartment’s listed washer and dryer. Normally, I would have asked my friend for help, but since he wasn’t able to visit again due to the stairs, I had to make do without it. That said, the apartment itself was wonderful, and the experience was well worth it!"
