"Minas was an exceptionally helpful and kind host from start to finish. He kindly picked us up from the airport, showed us around the local area, and recommended great places to shop and eat. The apartment itself was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. What really set this place apart was the thoughtful touch of providing fresh fruit and breakfast items, something I haven’t experienced before and which truly deserves top marks. The location was ideal — close to shops and supermarkets, and within walking distance of the beach. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Minas and his wife took exceptional care of us. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with many local delicacies, food, fruit, and drinks. We were picked up from the airport and then taken on a short drive around Larnaca to see the main attractions of the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and each room had air conditioning with a heating function. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need – it was fully equipped down to the smallest detail. The beds were very comfortable, with duvets and pillows of just the right thickness. There were two bathrooms, which added extra comfort, as well as plenty of towels, including beach towels. It was also lovely to spend time on the well-sunlit terrace under the lemon tree. Our return flight was very early in the morning, yet Minas kindly offered to drive us to the airport – we truly appreciated it. It was a pleasure to meet such warm and kind people, full of passion and attentive to every detail to make our stay enjoyable – we felt at home."

There was fruit, drinks, and some food at home, which was very nice. Thank you very much. The house was clean and had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. "* Clean and comfortable beds. * Large bedrooms and very large kitchen and lounge area. * Private outside patio. * Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. * Quiet air con units. * A fridge full of food on arrival: eggs, milk, bread, juice, several bottles of water, coca cola and lemonade, bowls of apples, bananas and grapes, butter, jam plus a box of cereals, tea and coffee (this was all very welcome). * 10/15 minute walk to the bus station and to the main beach and restaurant area. * Cafe, restaurant, small supermarket, large supermarket and fantastic bakery all within a 5 minute walk * Space to park a car. * Minas (the owner) contacted us a few days before our arrival to arrange to pick us up from Larnaca airport (thank you for waiting, our flight was delayed by 90 minutes). He was then able to show us around the property."

Everything you need you can find in there, very polite and friendly the host who is available to help with the airport transfer or any other issues. "Midas is a wonderful host – he provided basic breakfast essentials, water, juices, etc. The house is located close to the city center and the beach, just a short walk away. It looks even better than in the photos. Everything was very clean. I would gladly recommend this place!"

"This was a great experience! The house is located near the city center, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. There is no problem with parking for a rented car. Minos, the host, is super friendly and helpful and you can ask him anything if you have questions about planning your trip, etc. The house was also really clean, we felt great there and there was even a TV with channels in our language (Polish)! Overall, an amazing experience, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends traveling to Cyprus."
