"I proprietari di casa sono molto gentili, via messaggi hanno spesso ribadito la loro disponibilità. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e hanno risolto il tutto in meno di mezz'ora. La posizione è ottima, in discesa a 5 minuti a piedi sei nel centro di Ayia Napa e dalla fermata del pullman Ayia Napa Square/Monastery, infatti noi siamo riusciti a spostarci con i mezzi durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. L'unica pecca è che essendo situato in una via vicina alla zona della movida serale, molto spesso si sentono gli schiamazzi dei giovani in festa, per chi ha il sonno leggero come me, non è per niente simpatico. L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato. Dotato di aria condizionata in camera, sicuramente un plus per i mesi estivi."

"Bagno molto piccolo e doccia con difficoltà nello scarico, tra una doccia e l'altra dovevamo sempre aspettare un po' di tempo. La finestra in bagno non può essere aperta per far cambiare l'aria, infatti dopo alcuni giorni si sente odore di umidità. L'alloggio è moderno, ma si consiglia di aggiungere uno specchio da qualche parte, in quanto presente solo quello piccolo sopra il lavandino."

The owner, Maria, is very kind; she even allowed us to stay longer on our last day until our flight departure since she had no guests immediately after us. We highly recommend this accommodation—it is super comfortable and clean."

"For us it was really important to have a flexibility for the check in schedule, and considering that this property has independent check in, it was great. Another key aspect is the communication with the host. Maria is a great host, she gave us important information about the parking nearby which was not marked on Google maps and there were plenty of spots for free. The property was clean and has a great location."

"We stayed for 9 nights there, the only inconvenience was that we received only 1 small bottle of shower gel per person. I guess it is suitable for a shorter stay, but not enough for 9 nights."

"It was a really nice apartment. It's close to the strip where all the bars and pubs are, but it is not noise,the windows and doors are solid proof for sound, but even open it is a quiet street. It was a walking distance of everything we liked ten to fifteen minutes from the luna park, bars, pubs, restaurants and the squer. Our favorite beache was Pantachou so it was walking distance from there too. On the way there is also a little place with vegan food and smothiees as well as other helthy foods that is super cheep Fusis. All the best rated and low key restaurants were near us too. The host was really nice, she was there a second we needed anything. If I were to come back it would be here."
