"La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro e al quartiere di Lastarria. Il personale è molto disponibile, abbiamo chiesto consigli sia per la città di Santiago sia per visite fuori e sono sempre stati molto gentili! Inoltre il prezzo è ottimo, abbiamo speso poco più di 15 euro a notte con colazione inclusa (non si tratta di una colazione continentale, ma comunque perfetta per spizzicare qualcosa), che in una città come Santiago non è un prezzo molto comune. Ci ha fatto molto piacere trascorrere tempo qui, è stata un’ottima scelta! :)"

"Noi eravamo al piano terra e le finestre sono interne all’edificio, a noi non ha disturbato particolarmente però è bene sapere che non sono sull’esterno! Permettono comunque un buon ricircolo di aria e sono piuttosto grandi."

"I liked the location, it is close to the metro and you can get to the center by foot. The room was pretty and spacious. The breakfast was good. The sir at the frontesk was always nice and welcoming. I felt like at home."

"I would call this place as nice GUEST HOUSE!! Runing by the great manager Felix and his elders, This great family was very friendly, providing us a nice breakfast, and advicing many usefull things.. Location was also convinient, 20 min. walk to the heart of Santiago.. It is a real budget place to stay.."

"you could open the bathrooms window from outside, but we could lock the door to the room from the rooms side, so we still felt save. the room was a bit moisty, so wet stuff wouldn't really dry."
