"Personale super gentile e disponibile, camera di dimensioni piccole ma conteneva il necessario ed era davvero bella, atmosfera fantastica, posizione in centro, cibo eccellente. Siamo andati in auto e riservato un posteggio; nonostante ce ne fossero a sufficienza pur troppo delle auto di altro ospiti erano posteggiate male e non c’era più posto per noi, il personale ha risolto la situazione in meno di 5-10 minuti dandoci l accesso gratuito all autosilo a pochi passi dall‘ hotel. Semplicemente fantastici! Apprezzato tutto del soggiorno, se mi capiterà ritornerò molto volentieri in futuro."

"All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and delicious- the juice machine with fresh pressed carrot, ginger and apple juice was a highlight! We booked a double room with a balcony which was very clean and spacious. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel one night and it was delicious with brilliant service."
"The bedding was mostly polyester and the pillows weren’t comfortable- for the price natural fibres such as cotton would be expected. Black out curtains and a bigger wardrobe/drawers would be a nice touch. Additional/ bigger towels would also be appreciated. Main complaint is the poor quality bedding - if this was improved the hotel would have been a 10."

"Great location to visit Bad Ragartz expo. Large and quiet and charming room. Very clean. Very nicely decorated. Really a good breakfast and a wonderful staff. Free parking provided by the hotel at 2 mn walking distance. We will be back 😀"
